1. Cleanliness Requirement: weight of residual impurities ≤ 0.06mg/cm2. Size of residual impurities: fiber ＜（1200X90）um，metal ＜315um.
2、Burst pressure: not less than 20 MPa.
3、Welding strength: not less than 290N/mm2 at 23℃±5℃.
4、Position replacement force for bracket and bushing to tube＞50N。
Engine cooling pipe assembly is consist of steel tubes, ball joints, rubber bushings and metal brackets. Steel tube connects the ball joint by brazing welding.
